VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

VISION
Striving continuously in pursuit of excellence in imparting knowledge with skills in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) at the Diploma level to improve opportunities in employment and higher learning.

MISSION

M1	Use of technology-enhanced tools and techniques by motivated and qualified faculty for enhancement of knowledge, understanding of principles, concepts and latest trends in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
M2	Modernization of workshops and laboratories as per the curriculum specified by the State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh.
M3	Conduct of laboratories, guest lectures, industrial visits and industrial training for better understanding of critical concepts of Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
M4	Providing opportunities for developing multidisciplinary skills, communication skills, professional attitude and ethics.

OBJECTIVES

1.	To prepare students for successful careers in industry by meeting the challenging demands of their profession and instilling a desire for continuous learning.
2.	To provide students with a strong foundation in accountancy, statistics, office operations, skills and sound theoretical knowledge along with required practical skills in the core areas of business and industry, shorthand, typewriting and computers.
3.	To inculcate teamwork capabilities and communication skills among students through seminars, projects and industry interactions.
4.	To create awareness on environmental issues and develop commitment towards professional ethics, social responsibilities and the need for lifelong learning.
