K.SUBRAMANYAM PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE: My Dear Prospective Students, Government Polytechnic, Sathyavedu imparts Diploma Courses in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The College is having 10 Acres of land and very Good Infrastructure facilities further well equipped with laboratories, an experienced team of faculty members with modern teaching amenities and pedagogy. It is an institute where discipline and punctuality, with conducive environment will provide quality education, development in frontier areas of Engineering & Technology. I, Sri. K.SUBRAMANYAM is having 38 years teaching experience as a Lecturer, Senior lecturer, HOD in Civil Engineering and as Principal at Govt. Polytechnic, Sathyavedu. Being the main source of inspiration to the staff in shaping the present campus of Govt. Polytechnic, Sathyavedu with very good establishing digital & virtual class rooms, providing all required amenities to the staff and students, laying of internal roads, plantation of around 4000 plants in the campus with watering management, establishing RO plants in each block, achieving good results in board exams, motivating the students to participate in extracurricular activities and driving the placement activities for the students. The staff and students of constantly motivated to participate in Clean & Green, Swacha Bharat programme and plantation of trees in the campus periodically making the campus clean and conducive atmosphere. Enormous efforts are made in pulling so many industries/companies to conduct placements for the students from the nearby Sricity Industrial corridor. Arranging activities like sports & games, medical camps, student counselling camps, Guest lecturers from the eminent personalities from the academics and industries, yoga awareness camps etc at this institution with great interest. Successfully coordinated the staff to develop the laboratories and other infrastructural facilities in this institution. Showing excellent interest and care for the student welfare, career and academic counselling activities. And decision- making demonstrates a high level of thoroughness, analysis and applied reason that consistently represents the best interest and needs of the college and students. Thanks to the expert guidance of our faculty members along with a fusion of industry exposure through internships and training, which enhance the skills of the budding professionals of tomorrow to suit the requirements of the industry and paves way for a wealth of employment opportunities after studying at our institute.
